Frustrated with onboarding time, but there’s a reason
I was really hoping to get started quickly after signing up, but the onboarding process took much longer than I'd anticipated. The initial training sessions were detailed, which is good because they covered a lot of material, but at the same time, it made me feel like I was stuck in the same place waiting to move forward. The pace felt slow, and it wasn't always clear when I would actually be able to start using the software confidently. After explaining this to support multiple times, it seemed like the delays were partly due to the depth of the training and partly because of some software setup steps that required more input from me. While the information was useful, it sometimes felt like the process could have been more streamlined or better organized. Having gone through this experience, I’m aware now that onboarding isn’t a quick jump-in but rather a gradual process, which helps explain the wait. Still, it’s somewhat tiring to keep repeating these frustrations to support and try to push things along. Hopefully, the initial wait is worth it once fully onboarded, but the long preparatory phase was definitely a challenge.
