Frustrated with long waits and repeat calls
I was really disappointed with the sales process. I had to wait a lot before anyone responded properly, and every time I called, I had to repeat the same information over and over again. It felt like no one really knew what was happening on their end, and the whole experience was just tiring rather than helpful. I expected a smoother sign-up but ended up wasting time with constant delays and no clear answers. It did not work out for me at all and left me quite frustrated.
