Frustrated with explanations, clarity was lacking
I found the support communication frustrating because the explanations lacked clarity. When I contacted telephonic support, the information given was often incomplete and left me confused about what to do next. The steps were not clearly outlined, and I had to ask multiple times for the same details. Even though the representative was polite, their explanations seemed scripted and did not address my questions fully. It appeared that I was expected to already know some procedures. The only positive was that they were available when I called, so at least I got a response. However, the overall experience did not help me resolve my issues satisfactorily.
