Frustrated with daily billing issues, simple process nahi tha
Meri experience billing aur payments ke saath theek nahi rahi aur main kaafi frustrated ho gaya tha. Rozana payment status update nahi hota tha aur invoices mein inconsistencies dekhne ko mili. Sign-up ke baad bhi mujhe baar baar check karna padta ki mera payment process hua hai ya nahi. Automatic updates task ko easy nahi banate, balki aur confusing bana dete hain kyunki kabhi kabhi payment confirmation system mein show nahi hota tha. Multiple times support ko call kiya, par solution milna ekdum slow tha. Phone pe baat karte waqt mujhe lagta tha ki unka system khud bhi thoda ajeeb hai jo samasya ko badhta hai. Main samajhta hoon ki continuous problems thoda system ka major issue ho sakta hai, par user ke liye ye bohot bothersome tha. Overall, billing experience daily use ke liye bilkul suitable nahi tha aur meri expectations bilkul poori nahi hui. Agar billing smoothly nahi chala toh software ka daily use bhi problematic ho jaata hai.
