Frustrated with confusing wording and unclear labels

I was quite disappointed by how little sense the support and communication materials made. The labels on the dashboard and calling features seemed inconsistent and often misleading. For example, some buttons were named in ways that didn’t clearly say what they did, so using the dialer and database functions became a headache. Even after reading the help articles, I couldn’t tell if I was doing the right steps because the terminology kept switching without explanation. Attempts to reach support only added to my frustration since they used similar confusing phrasing on calls. The explanations didn’t clarify the setup or ongoing use which made the whole experience tedious. It felt like there wasn’t much focus on creating clear user-friendly instructions. I was expecting a smooth onboarding where the software and support would communicate effectively but instead I had to guess repeatedly or give up on certain features. Despite trying multiple times, I found it hard to get a good grasp of the system because of how poorly worded the interface and labels were. This made me regret signing up as it slowed my entire workflow down and sapped motivation even though the core tools seemed like they should work well once understood.
