Frustrated waiting; support response thoda slow tha
Mujhe laga ki support aur communication thoda disappointing raha during the initial setup phase. I was trying to get fully operational with the calling tools and database features, lekin support ki taraf se response kaafi slow tha, jis wajah se mera setup delay ho gaya. Though jo training resources diye gaye they, woh thode se clear the, but without active assistance o admission lene mein kaafi time laga. Mujhe phone pe baat karne mein bhi wait karni padhi, jo ki frustrating tha because I wanted to start quickly. Ek cheez jo sahi thi was that the invoicing process was straightforward and transparent, which I appreciated. Overall, jo delay aur communication ki kami thi, woh mere liye meaningful problem bani aur maine thoda doubt develop kar liya about ongoing support speed.
