Frustrated that labels didn’t match what I expected
My first impression of WFHI’s pre-purchase material was marred by confusing wording that didn’t feel well thought out. For instance, the way they labeled the calling tool features seemed counterintuitive to me. When I was browsing options, some terms didn’t clearly explain what was actually included, which was frustrating and made it harder than necessary to decide if the software would fit my needs. This lack of clarity extended into the training phase, where I found myself guessing about functions instead of having clear, straightforward labels to guide me. I can grant that the sign-up process and invoicing were handled adequately without issues, but the unclear terminology throughout much of the experience dimmed my overall impression. With software meant to support complex remote workflows, I expected the interface and explanation to be a little sharper. Because of this, I remain uncertain whether I would fully recommend it to someone who needs a very clear and user-friendly introduction. Several areas felt like they needed a serious rethink.
