Lekin jab training modules open kiye, toh expectations ke according materials nahi mile. Dialer aur calling tools ke liye guide clear nahi thi, isliye setup thoda dum lag gaya. Database section important laga, par waha pe bhi details simple nahi thi, mujhe khud hi trial and error karna para. Automatic updates kabhi kabhi features change kar dete hain, par iska koi detailed heads-up nahi mila, jiski wajah se mujhe baar baar system pe adjustments karni pari. Support ke liye call kiya toh wait time zyada tha, aur jo advice mili wo thodi generic lagti thi. Basically training aur onboarding experience disappointed karne wala tha mere liye, because it did not meet what I thought it would be.
