Frustrated most days, though calling was okay
I tried using the WFHI software consistently for a few weeks, mainly to see how the calling tools and database would integrate with my daily workflow. Honestly, I found the day-to-day experience quite frustrating. The dialer sometimes lagged or didn’t register calls properly, leading to wasted time. The database feature was okay; it did hold our contacts as promised, but searching through it often felt slow and clunky. What I did appreciate was the telephonic support — they were generally polite and tried to help, though sometimes the answers felt repetitive and not very solution-oriented. The automatic updates got a bit annoying as they would occasionally disrupt the flow during active calls or training sessions, causing me to lose focus. Also, the onboarding process promised a smooth start but ended up being a bit confusing with some steps unclear, which didn’t help my confidence in the system from the get-go. Sign-up and payment were straightforward enough, thankfully. All in all, I found the system functional in parts but not seamless, which caused a lot of daily friction for me. I had small hopes for improvement but remain skeptical about relying heavily on this tool everyday.
