Frustrated initially, but support ne situation sambhali achhi tarah
Mujhe pehle toh support service dekh ke thoda tension laga ki jab kuch galat hoga toh kaise manage hoga. Training ke waqt aur dialer setup mein kuch problems aayi, toh maine telephonic support ko call kiya. Pehli baar lag raha tha ki response slow aayega par surprisingly, wo logne patiently meri baate suni aur step-by-step samjhaya ki kya karna hai. Thoda formal tha approach, par usi ne clarity di ki agar issues aaye toh unkaise handle karna hai software ke andar. Wo reason clear kar diya ki automatic updates kab kaise karenge aur database chalane ka tarika. Support team ne mujhe feel karaya ki they actually want to help, which was reassuring in situations I wasn't confident about. Overall, although starting mujhe lag raha tha ki dikkat hogi, unhone jo communication method apnaya and unka patience sab kuch smooth kar diya. Mera overall experience toh kaafi achha raha, specially jab problems ke waqt unka response aya.
