Main honestly ye bolna chahunga ki support system mujhe kisi kaam ka laga hi nahi. Jab mujhe dialer feature ke andar kuch technical problems aayi, maine soche ki wo log jaldi help karenge, but response time kaafi slow tha. Mere multiple attempts ke baad bhi mujhe proper solution mila nahi, chat aur telephonic dono channels se try kiya. Database integration me bhi issue tha and unhone thode generic answers diye jisse meri problem solve nahi hui. Invoicing process start karne me bhi confusion tha, lekin usme thodi clarity thi. Jo training provide ki gayi thi wo bhi clear nahi thi, aur onboarding ke steps mujhe komplikated lage. Overall, ye system mere liye time waste raha kyuki main chahta tha ki smooth workflow ho, par support ki wajah se mera plan hi fail ho gaya laga.
