Frustrated ho gaya support ke late reply se
Maine expect kiya tha ki support log fat se respond karenge, par reality thodi alag nikli. Pehli baar jab issue kiya, toh response time kafi slow tha. Kabhi-kabhi reply milta kuch der baad, kabhi call pe milna mushkil hua. Lekin ek baat achhi thi ki jab baat hui toh samajhdari se issue samjha. Fast reply nahi mile par jo mila, uska tone theek tha. Bas mujhe laga ki thoda aur tez hona chahiye support, kyunki jab software chal rahi thi aur kisi dikkat aayi, toh delay se frustration badh gaya. Training sessions mein bhi kuch questions ke answers ko direct nahi mila, wo thoda irritating tha. Overall support experience thoda disappointing raha, although unka attitude okay tha. Main sochti hoon ki agar thoda aur responsive hote toh better hota, par abhi ke liye yehi chalana padega. Software itself theek lag raha hai, par jab support slow ho toh pura flow mein irritation aa jaata hai. Agar wo apne reply time ko improve kar den toh kaafi help ho jayegi. Short mein, support thoda weak laga, par communication acha tha jab mila.
