Frustrated gradually, but some helpful moments
I found the support a bit frustrating over time. In the first week, things seemed generally fine; I got quick responses, and the support staff answered my basic questions about billing and software access. However, as I started using the software daily, some issues popped up more frequently, especially with the calling tools not maintaining stable connections. Reporting these problems was a mixed experience. While some support calls were efficient, many times I felt I had to explain my issues repeatedly. That said, the support team was polite and eventually guided me to update the software, which helped slightly. The sense I got was that day-to-day reliability was low, and support wasn’t proactive in addressing persistent flaws. Even so, when the guidance was clear, it did make a difference, though such moments were rare enough that the overall feeling was one of ongoing annoyance balanced by occasional relief.
