Frustrated from the slow start
I felt stuck and quite frustrated from the very beginning with WFHI. I was eager to get going but the sales and pre-purchase communication took too long, and that delay really killed my enthusiasm. Signing up and setting up the software dragged on far more than I expected. Every step of onboarding seemed to stretch unnecessarily, so from day one I was worried about how well this would fit my workflow. I kept waiting for a smooth start once the payment was done, but the delay in access meant my initial plans were set back badly. The training materials weren’t easy to find or follow either, which meant I was left confused longer than I wanted. Trying out the calling tools was sluggish because I wasn’t sure if my connection issues were my fault or theirs. I wanted to give it time, but the drawn-out process from sales to actual use made me skeptical. It’s disappointing when the pre-purchase experience saps the energy you bring to learning new software. I’m still debating if this is the right fit because of how long it took just to get basic access and support.
