Frustrated from my side, too much to figure out alone
I went into this thinking the sales and sign-up process would be fairly straightforward, but that was not the case. Most of the steps, including what features I actually needed and how billing would work, I had to figure out on my own, without clear guidance or informative materials from the company. There were no straightforward answers on the website or in the initial sales calls to help understand what training or software access would actually include. I kept having to guess what was coming next and what might be expected of me, which was quite frustrating. The invoicing seemed regular but the descriptions were vague, making it harder to track what I was paying for precisely. Additionally, the onboarding flow was confusing enough that I wasn't sure I was using the tools correctly. Overall, I felt a lack of support at the very first stage, something a buyer especially needs when committing to new workflow software. This experience dampened my confidence in the whole process from the start and leaves me reluctant to invest more time here again.
