Frustrated from all the waiting, honestly
I signed up expecting to get started quickly, but the onboarding just dragged on forever. Every step was filled with repetitive explanations that didn't change and made me wonder if I was missing something. The training felt too slow-paced, and even when I thought I could move on, I had to wait ages for the next video or instruction to unlock. It wasn’t about learning smoothly but more about waiting for the system to catch up. I also found myself going in circles because some parts repeated the same info in slightly different ways without actually helping me understand better. The calling tool setup was confusing, and the dialer wouldn't connect when needed. It was just a frustrating experience from start to finish and honestly, I don’t think I’ll continue with it.
