Frustrated finding support info, feels like a wild goose chase

I was really hoping to find quick answers through WFHI’s support because that’s usually a big deal when dealing with new software. But honestly, it felt like going in circles most of the time. The documentation was scattered or buried in ways that made searching for specific topics difficult. At one point I called the telephonic support because I couldn’t figure out how to integrate the dialer with my existing workflow. After waiting on hold, the agent was polite but not able to give me the detailed help I needed. I ended up having to guess or try multiple combinations myself, which was frustrating. Even the automatic updates feature didn’t come with much explanation about changes or how to adjust settings accordingly. I kept bumping into the same issues again and again, and the online resources felt incomplete. You’d expect a better organized knowledge base or at least clear step-by-step guides for common problems, but no such luck. So in the end, I’m left feeling dissatisfied because the support experience didn’t save me time or effort but instead added to confusion. Finding what I actually needed should have been easier, but instead it’s been a frustrating loop.
