Frustrated Feeling, Mostly Due to Sparse Support
Looking back, I realize I spent too much time figuring out how the software features worked without much real help. The support team was available by phone, but often I was left on hold or told to check guides that weren’t very clear. It was frustrating having to piece together essential functions of the calling tools and database management all by myself. I suppose the automatic updates did keep the system stable, which I appreciate, but that couldn’t make up for the absence of timely and effective communication whenever I had genuine questions. My experience overall leaned toward feeling a bit abandoned, having to learn through trial and error.
