Frustrated feeling because setup seemed endless rather than one-off
I started using WFHI’s software hoping to get a hang of managing remote workflows quickly, but honestly, the setup phase felt longer and more complicated than I expected. It wasn't just a one-time thing; it seemed like every other day there was some setting or configuration that I had to redo or adjust again. While the initial instructions were okay, the ongoing maintenance kept bothering me. I appreciate the fact that automatic updates keep the software current, but sometimes they seemed to interrupt my workflow instead of helping. The database seemed like it was designed well, but repeatedly having to make sure everything synced properly added to the hassle. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful, but I found myself repeating issues or calling back multiple times. This back and forth gave me a sense that the setup never really settles down. However, I will say the payment and sign-up went smoothly, which was a relief compared to the software side. I wanted the software to be more like plug-and-play and less like a continuous adjustment project. Maybe it’s just my experience, but the feeling that setup never really ends impacted how I see the product. On the plus side, I did learn a lot along the way but wished for a more streamlined process. It seems like the product could be fantastic once everything’s in place, but getting there felt like a longer journey than I thought.
