Frustrated Even Weeks Later, Mostly Due to Repeats and Waits
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI's support, I feel mainly frustrated. Whenever I called for assistance, I often found myself repeating the same information several times to different agents, which was discouraging. There was also a notable delay between raising concerns and actually getting any meaningful resolution or even a follow-up. Although I appreciate that the agents were polite and attempted to help, the waiting periods were unnecessarily long. This didn’t align with my expectations, as I had thought telephonic support would be more straightforward and quicker based on the initial onboarding materials. The sequence of communication felt disorganized, causing me to sometimes lose track of what had been conveyed. I concede that automated updates ensured the software generally worked well without frequent glitches, so in that sense the core product was fine. However, the communication channels left a lot to be desired, and remembering my cases after following up was a struggle even for the support team. This combination of repetition and waiting dampened my impression, and even now, some of that sluggishness in response persists when I reach out to them.
