Frustrated by unclear wording and confusing labels

From the start, I felt the training and onboarding materials were written in a way that was hard to follow. The wording used in many places did not clearly explain what steps to take, leaving me guessing. Labels on buttons and within the dashboard were inconsistent and sometimes misleading, which caused several mistakes early on. I had to repeatedly consult support just to understand basic navigation, which was time-consuming and wore down my patience. The instructions seemed rushed and had a formal tone that did not provide practical guidance for someone unfamiliar with such software. This confusion made the onboarding feel more frustrating than it should have been. Clearer language and more intuitive labels would have greatly helped reduce the hassle and improved my initial experience before I felt comfortable using the tools. Overall, this lack of clear communication diminished the promise of a smooth start to remote workflow management.
