Frustrated by unclear labels, but support somewhat helpful

I experienced mixed feelings when using WFHI’s support services because while some aspects were helpful, others caused considerable confusion. The wording used in the dashboard and support documentation often felt ambiguous, leaving me unsure about certain features like the dialer’s advanced settings and database filters. Labels such as “Action required” or “Pending items” were not clearly defined, which led me to spend extra time guessing what they exactly meant and whether immediate action was necessary. When I contacted telephonic support to clarify these points, the representatives were polite and tried to assist, but sometimes their explanations leaned on technical jargon that compounded my confusion. Despite the friendliness of the team, the inconsistency in terminology made onboarding slower and more frustrating than expected. On the other hand, I found that automated updates were relatively smooth, rarely breaking my workflow, which was a positive aspect. In general, the system could benefit from clearer language and more intuitive instructions. Although the support helped to a degree, the core user interface and documentation should be simplified to reduce such uncertainties and make the experience more straightforward from the beginning.
