Frustrated By The Unclear Sales Explanations From The Start

Honestly, my feeling about WFHI’s pre-purchase communications was more frustration than satisfaction. Right from the beginning, the explanations of key software features and pricing details were quite vague, which left me unsure of what exactly I was agreeing to during sign-up. I tried to ask specific questions about the training content and the dialer functionality, but the answers were often generic or hurried. This lack of clarity continued through the onboarding process, making me feel hesitant rather than confident. While I will grant that the invoicing process was straightforward, that small relief doesn’t outweigh how the confusing sales conversations set the wrong tone overall. It felt like the information was stretched thin and missing substance, which raised doubts about whether I fully understood what I was paying for.
