Frustrated by the repetitive setup, felt too much one-off effort

From the sales process to the initial setup of the WFHI remote workflow software, my experience left me feeling tired of all the back and forth. The main problem was that a large portion of the setup felt like a one-time chore that did not create smooth ongoing usage. For example, linking the database with the dialer required a lot of manual adjustments each time I tried to make calls which shouldn’t have been the case. Also, the repeated training sessions seemed to overlap without adding new value, making me wonder if the system was truly ready for continuous workflows. Sign-up and invoicing went as expected but the pain was more in practical daily use. Even the automatic updates sometimes caused disruptions instead of fixing issues, reminding me that ongoing support might be lacking. I was hoping for a more seamless transition to fully remote operations but felt the software still demanded constant tweaking with unclear returns. The overall investment of time and effort was more than I expected and made me wary about the long-term utility.
