Frustrated by the disorganized support steps

I felt quite disappointed by how the support process unfolded because the steps did not follow a sensible order from my perspective. Initially, when I encountered an issue using the calling tools, I called the helpline expecting straightforward guidance. Unfortunately, they directed me to check extensive written resources first, despite me explaining I needed immediate telephonic help. This back-and-forth wasted both my time and theirs. Only after multiple contacts was I finally walked through the setup in the proper sequence, which made the problem clearer and easier to solve. The escalation protocol seemed inconsistent as well; some representatives were unable to assist adequately and passed me around, which diminished the overall confidence in the support system. The software itself updates automatically and occasionally improved the interface during this period, but any change without simultaneous support seemed confusing initially. Furthermore, the invoicing process was clear, but clearing a question about it felt disconnected from the technical assistance provided. The overall sequence of steps felt inefficient, and this disorder led to frustration. I hoped for a more streamlined communication flow that could immediately address my concerns without so many unnecessary detours or delays in listening properly to what the issue was.
