Frustrated by the confusing steps
I found the pre-purchase steps really confusing. The order didn't make sense to me, and I struggled to follow along. It left me feeling frustrated, especially when it seemed like I was missing important information that should have been clearer. Overall, it was not the experience I was hoping for and it just didn't work out for me.
