Frustrated by steps that felt out of order

I found the support system a bit frustrating because the instructions didn’t come in an order that made sense to me. It felt like I was jugging multiple steps at once, or getting back to earlier tasks after moving forward, which slowed down what should have been a straightforward process. While I appreciated that support was reachable over the phone and pretty polite, the actual logical flow wasn’t always user-friendly. That said, I will say the dialer feature itself was stable enough, and once I got the hang of some pieces, the database held up well. Still, the lack of a clear, linear path made the communication feel more complicated than necessary.
