Frustrated by Ongoing Setup Burden But See Its Potential

I was excited to start using the WFHI software given its promise to streamline remote workflows, especially for sales calls. However, I found myself repeatedly engaging in adjustments and custom configurations that seemed to stretch beyond the initial setup phase. What I expected to be a one-off process turned into an ongoing series of tweaks to keep things running smoothly. This meant spending more time than I anticipated to ensure the automatic updates didn't disrupt my dialer's behavior or database integrations. On the positive side, the telephonic support helpline was responsive and helped explain some of these persistent issues, though the calls sometimes dragged longer than I wished. The invoicing and payment flow, by contrast, was straightforward and rehearsed, which reduced my administrative load significantly. For potential users, it helps to remember that while the initial onboarding training was insightful, continuous adjustments and familiarizing oneself with periodic software refinements are part of the deal. Ultimately, this experience has been mixed. The core software feels robust and capable once set up properly, but the expectation that everything would be mostly one-off was not met. If you're willing to invest in ongoing learning and minor troubleshooting, WFHI might fit well. Otherwise, the repeated configuration needs could feel cumbersome over time. I continue to monitor updates carefully and use the database feature to optimize my workflow, recognizing that this platform strives to improve but demands persistent attention from users like me.
