Frustrated by one-time setup versus ongoing effort

I went into the purchase expecting that once I set things up it would mostly run on its own, but honestly, I found myself repeatedly going back to redo certain settings or figure out recurring steps that felt like one-offs but actually needed ongoing attention. Much of the initial setup was indeed a one-time deal, like creating a database or configuring the dialer options, but then I realized that to keep it functioning smoothly, I had to return and tweak things regularly, which was a bit unexpected. This ongoing maintenance added to my workload rather than lessened it, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the sales team was clear about the software's capabilities without overpromising, so I can't fault their communication even if my expectations about hassle-free continuity were off. The truth is, if you prefer a truly hands-off system after setup, this might require a mindset change. The software itself is powerful, but the repeated adjustments made me feel like I was investing more time after the initial phase than I bargained for. Had I known exactly how much ongoing intervention was needed, I might have reconsidered or at least planned differently.
