Frustrated by long waiting and repeated explanations
I initially thought support would be quick and helpful, but unfortunately, it turned out mostly disappointing. The biggest issue was the extensive waiting times on calls, which made the whole process drag unnecessarily. Every time I connected, I had to repeat my problem from scratch, as if the previous interactions didn't exist. This constant repetition slowed down resolving even minor issues. I did find that the support staff were polite, and their explanations were often clear, but the delay in getting through to them was frustrating. The automated updates seemed to work fine, and I appreciate that part of the software. Overall, the experience left me with a sense of wasted time and a reluctance to reach out again, even though I know the product has potential. Having to wait and explain myself repeatedly isn't something I want to repeat, so I might reconsider whether I continue with this service.
