Frustrated by how much setup felt like one-time hassle

Honestly, the whole training and onboarding left me frustrated because it felt like I was doing a big chunk of one-off setup just to get anywhere, and then ongoing support wasn’t that helpful in smoothing the process. I spent too much time figuring out how to get the dialer to sync properly with the database, which should have been a smoother transition. The sign-up and payment were okay, but once that was done, the learning curve was steep with less hand-holding than I expected. Automatic updates sometimes broke what little I got working, so I had to troubleshoot often without clear guidance. Calling support felt like talking to a script rather than getting real help, so the same problems kept coming up again and again. It’s like the system only looked good at first glance but didn’t match the regular demands of remote workflow management for me. I’m left feeling this was more trouble than it’s worth until better ongoing support is in place.
