Honestly, using the WFHI software was more frustrating than I expected because finding the right settings and features was not easy. When I first logged in, I spent quite some time just trying to figure out where to enter my data into the database feature. The menus seemed cluttered and the labels were not always clear, so it took multiple tries to locate the dialer and calling tools. After finally managing to start a call, I noticed some steps in the onboarding flow didn't fully line up with what I was seeing on screen, which added to my confusion. The automatic updates didn’t help much either, since I wasn’t sure if they changed anything important. I will say the telephonic support was polite and tried to assist patiently whenever I called, which I appreciated. But even that didn’t fully solve my navigation problems. Signing up and making payments was fine—the process was straightforward, though less memorable. Overall, I’m disappointed with how tough it was to use the software easily, and I suspect I’ll be hesitant to recommend it unless improvements are made.
