Frustrated by figuring out most things alone
I was quite frustrated because I had to figure out a large part of the product on my own before and after purchase. The sales and pre-purchase details felt incomplete; I didn’t get enough guidance on how the software would actually integrate with my existing workflows. Although the sign-up process itself was straightforward and the billing was explained okay later, most of the essential usage stuff wasn’t very well conveyed. That left me spending a lot of time trialing the software and reading through documentation without much personal assistance. I do appreciate that the interface itself is designed to be user-friendly, but without adequate upfront support, it felt overwhelming. I was hoping for a more detailed demonstration or clearer onboarding information pre-purchase, so I wouldn’t have to spend so long figuring things out. Overall, the lack of better communication before buying made the initial experience quite stressful for me, even though some features seemed good from the description.
