Frustrated by DIY support and communication gaps
Reflecting back on my experience, I felt quite frustrated because much of the support and problem-solving I had to figure out by myself. The telephonic assistance was not as helpful as I expected; often I had to wait on hold for long periods or get disconnected mid-call without issue resolution. That meant I spent more time troubleshooting technical aspects of the dialer and database integration than actually using the software productively. The automatic updates sometimes created confusion with changes suddenly appearing without clear notification. Overall, the communication felt lacking in proactive guidance, which left me feeling isolated when I encountered difficulties. The initial sign-up and invoicing process was okay, but when ongoing support is needed, it felt insufficient. I suppose better structured support or maybe more immediate responses would have improved my experience significantly.
