I really expected the WFHI software to be straightforward and user-friendly, but it turned out to be the opposite for me. The labels on the dashboard did not make sense at all compared to what I’m used to from other software – for example, what was supposed to be the main dashboard had unclear headings that left me guessing what each section was for. I anticipated more intuitive navigation between the calling tools and the database, but instead I often felt stuck or unsure if I’d uploaded contacts correctly. Even with the training sessions, the wording felt inconsistent and fragile, so accessing certain features took me longer than I thought it would. The invoicing and payment sections were similarly confusing, with terms that felt out of place or unclear. In contrast, I have used other remote workflow systems where the labels and instructions were clearer and more consistent, helping me move through tasks seamlessly. Here, the confusion made me lose time, and it honestly made the whole experience frustrating rather than helpful. Support tried to guide me by phone, but with unclear terms and labels, it was hard to explain precisely what I couldn’t find or understand.
