Frustrated but some parts were okay

Going through the training and onboarding with WFHI, I felt the explanations were mostly unclear and skipped over some basics that were really important for me as a beginner. The videos and guides sometimes assumed prior knowledge instead of walking through step-by-step, which left me confused in the early days. However, I will say that the interface tips and introductory sections did explain the dialer and call features well enough, which helped me start making calls more quickly than I expected. Still, there was a lot of jumping around between topics without clear transitions, so it felt disorganized. It would have been better if the training was structured in a way that built skills progressively rather than sprinkling useful info unevenly. Onboarding tasks to set up the database and connect calling tools were also a bit rushed. Though the support team was polite when I called for help, the core walkthrough left me feeling unsure about whether I'd missed crucial steps. Overall, the experience was more frustrating than smooth, even though I see potential if they focused on clearer, slower explanations at my pace.
