Frustrated but not fully lost during onboarding
I was genuinely eager to get started with the training and onboarding process. It took longer than I expected to get the basics down because some parts were straightforward but others felt unnecessarily complicated. Signing up went smoothly, but moving on to the software setup and navigational training kept me stuck for more days than I hoped. The training modules did a decent job of explaining features like the dialer and database, but switching between different learning sections felt a bit clunky. I appreciated that the platform periodically reminded me about automatic updates, although these didn’t always seem to come at the best times and slowed things down momentarily. Customer support over the phone was available when I needed it, but I found the sequence of the onboarding instructions a bit confusing at times. Payments and invoicing were straightforward and clear, which was a relief amid the other complexities. What left me mixed was how the calling tools behaved: mostly consistent but sometimes the dialer glitches wouldn’t let me proceed with calls. Overall, I got the gist of running remote workflows with the software, but it wasn’t a fast or smooth sprint forward. I’m still hopeful future updates might smooth rough edges for newcomers like me, but at the moment it was a fairly rocky start that made me cautious about relying on the system without some patience.
