Frustrated but found one decent feature
I was hoping the software would feel like something I had used before, maybe simpler or smoother. But honestly, it felt clunkier and more complicated than my previous tools, which was a big disappointment. Jumping into the onboarding was overwhelming; the steps seemed repetitive and not very clear, unlike what I was used to. Calling tools and the dialer sometimes froze, which made managing workflows tricky. Still, to give credit where it's due, the automatic updates worked quietly in the background without causing issues, which I appreciate since interruptions during calls can be frustrating. The database feature, though, didn’t integrate well with my regular process, and I spent quite a bit of time figuring it out myself. Also, telephonic support wasn’t as responsive as I needed, so I was left waiting more than I expected. Sign-up and payment were straightforward but nothing special. Overall, the experience felt like stepping back instead of forward, except for those smooth updates that at least didn’t add to the headaches.
