Frustrated because the labels and wording made no sense

From the very start, I was quite frustrated with the WFHI telephonic support and communication because the way options and labels in the software were worded did not make sense to me. The terminology used throughout the dashboard and training materials was confusing and sometimes unclear about what feature was being referred to. It made navigating the database feature frustrating because I had to guess what each label meant rather than understanding it easily. When I contacted telephonic support for clarification, the explanations helped somewhat but only after repeated calls and time spent going over it. What made it worse was that the sign-up, invoicing, and payment process also had ambiguous instructions that compounded my confusion going forward. If the wording were more straightforward and clearer in the UI and documents, I think many issues could have been avoided. As of now, I feel the unclear labels and phrasing squeezed the progress out of what might have been a smoother onboarding and usage experience. I ended up feeling more frustrated throughout the process, which might not be the case for others but was definitely my main problem with WFHI.
