Main ne software ko try kiya from signup to actually using the calling tools and database daily lekin jis tarah se sab kuch chala main disappointed hoon. Setup process thoda complicated laga, aur jab support ko contact kiya for help toh response time ekdum slow tha. Kabhi kabhi toh phone uthaate nahi the ya mail ka reply bhi dene mein bahut der lagti thi. Database feature ko samajhna mushkil tha, aur jab phone dialer mein issues aaye, software correctly kaam nahi kar raha tha. Automatic updates aaye lekin unhone kuch bhi solution nahi diya, sirf naye bugs create kiye. Har roz ki workflow mein ye sab problems rahi, jis se mera poora din waste hua. Sign-up aur payment process easy nahi tha, invoices mein bhi galtiyan thi. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ye product mere liye kaam ka nahi tha, aur support system itna effective nahi ki woh meri problems ko quickly solve kar sake. Bahut pareshaan hoon ki maine itna time invest kiya, lekin fayda nahi mila.
