Frustrated because labels and wording are unclear

I felt quite frustrated when I first encountered your sales and pre-purchase materials because the wording and labels used for your software features did not make sense to me. Terms were ambiguous or overlapped, making it difficult to understand what exactly I would be getting before signing up. On one hand, detailed descriptions and training content eventually clarified some aspects, but on the other, the initial confusion put me off. Also, some labels used in the software interface seemed inconsistent with what was in the documentation, which made navigation awkward. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward once I understood them, but the lack of clarity about features and support on the site led to hesitation. I appreciate that there is telephonic support, yet the support team sometimes struggled to clear up confusion quickly given the unclear terms. This left me doubting whether your software matched my needs, even though the underlying platform appears capable. I wish there had been clearer communication from the start to avoid this frustrating buildup.
