Frustrated Because Labels and Instructions Didn’t Match Expectations
I started the onboarding training expecting clear, logically worded guidance because other software I used before was pretty straightforward. Instead, I found the labels on buttons and sections confusing and inconsistent. For example, what was called the 'database' felt more like a general storage area without clear instructions on its use. I expected the dialer to be easy to configure following provided steps, but the terminology used there was unfamiliar and unclear, which made the whole experience frustrating. Compared to my previous experiences with remote work software, the wording and labeling here seemed poorly thought out and didn’t help me understand the workflow. The training sessions also failed to clarify these issues, contributing further to my sense of confusion. I was left guessing at several points about what certain options meant or how they fit into the process. This lack of clarity slowed down my ability to use the platform efficiently and made me doubt the design choices you made in presenting these features. I was ready to work but couldn’t because the interface felt unnecessarily complicated and poorly explained.
