Frustrated because finding info was harder than expected
Honestly, I found the sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI surprisingly difficult considering the technology focus. From the beginning, the website and brochures didn’t provide clear, accessible info about the calling tools or the database features I was interested in. I expected quick answers and a straightforward way to compare packages, but instead the navigation felt cluttered and some explanations were vague. Signing up felt more complicated than I had anticipated, especially around invoicing and payment terms where the details were buried deep in FAQs rather than upfront. While the team was polite and gave some help over the phone, I felt like I was doing most of the groundwork. In the end, I was left unsure if the software’s updates and telephonic support would suit my actual work rhythm well. If info had been easier to locate and more transparent, the whole process might have inspired more confidence. This left a disappointing first impression for what could have been more user-friendly from the start.
