Frustrated because explanations were not as clear as expected
I started out expecting the sales and pre-purchase information from WFHI to be fairly straightforward and clear, based on what I’d read online and hoped for given the product claims. However, the actual explanations during my inquiry left me feeling pretty frustrated. What I anticipated was a simple understanding of what the software and training would offer, especially regarding how the calling tools and onboarding would work. But instead, the materials and conversations I encountered were often vague or overly technical without adequate examples. I expected a step-by-step guide or clearer summaries to help me decide, but it felt like I was left to piece together information myself. This lack of clarity made it difficult to trust the process and decide whether the product fit my needs. Comparing it with other services where the sales process was more transparent, I found this one lacking in directness and easy-to-grasp details. Overall, I felt that better communication upfront would have made all the difference, since I was eager to start but didn’t have the confidence that what I was buying fully matched my expectations or working hours.
