Frustrated at first, but steps to access were logical

I was pretty tired explaining the onboarding process to others, mainly because some of the steps felt repetitive before you even got to use the calling tools. The software access started with sign-up, then came some invoice steps which I didn’t expect to take so long to figure out but okay. The dialer got integrated, and the database feature was next in line logically. The updates happened automatically, which I appreciated, but they didn’t always clarify what changed. The telephonic support was available but sometimes busy, so I had to wait. Overall, the steps went in a sensible order, from initial registration to using the software daily. It’s just that the process could be a bit streamlined and frustrations lowered by clearer instructions or combining some steps. I get that not everything can be perfect at once, but I feel like they’ve got the right progression if they keep improving clarity as users go along.
