Frustrated again, support not as helpful as promised
I’m honestly tired of trying to get clear answers from WFHI support. Before buying, I expected prompt and useful telephonic help but my experience has been the opposite. Each time I call, it takes too long to reach someone and often the person doesn’t understand the technical issues I’m facing with the calling tools and dialer features. I’ve explained my problems multiple times but still haven’t gotten a resolution that works for me. The automated updates supposedly improve performance but after updating, the issues were still there and nobody available to walk me through fixing them properly. I feel like the support matches none of the promises made ahead of time. It’s exhausting to repeat myself over and over and have to wait on calls without anything concrete happening. I expected better assistance based on the initial information, but this product just hasn’t worked out for me in this aspect yet.
