Found what I needed faster than expected but some gaps remain
Before starting with WFHI, I expected onboarding and training to take a while to get familiar with, especially since remote workflow tools can be confusing. Surprisingly, I found the software and training modules quite easy to navigate once I got started. The search function helped me locate specific instructions on using the dialer and database features without having to wade through every lesson. However, I did notice that some newer updates or advanced functionalities were missing from the training materials or documentation, which meant I had to figure those parts out on my own. That surprised me a bit since I thought the training would cover all the current features, especially those that affect the daily routine. Still, the initial ease of use was more than I anticipated and helped reduce the usual onboarding headache. I wish the newer instructions were included so everything matched the live software better.
