Found training support varied more than expected

The training and onboarding were a mixed bag for me. On one hand, some modules were clearly laid out and easy to locate, making it simple to get up to speed on the calling tools and dialer. On the other, certain aspects felt buried or scattered within the dashboard, so finding exact instructions or answers took longer than expected. There wasn’t always a consistent approach to how the material was organized, which caught me off guard initially. Automatic updates sometimes changed the training layout too, adding to the challenge. I appreciate the effort but definitely noticed room for smoother navigation through onboarding resources.
