found training confusing so its not ready for me
Honestly the training wasnt that clear for me and I didnt get much out of it. The instructions seemed all jumbled up and I kept guessing what to do next. The onboarding felt rushed and many steps were not explained properly so I was just stuck in between looking at tools without knowing how to use them well. Dialer and calling tools were mentioned but never shown properly. Even the database part was confusing because I wasnt sure how to set it up. It felt more like trial and error than guided steps. So at the end I still dont feel ready to use the software smoothly or confidently until maybe some better instructions are given or a more detailed walkthrough is offered next time.
