Found everything easily enough, but missing some depth
When I started the training and onboarding, I was quite pleased by how easy it was to locate the resources I needed to get started. The interface clearly signaled where to find tutorials, FAQs, and navigation guides, which saved me time from hunting around endlessly. It felt understated but very functional, matching what I wanted to accomplish without too much fluff. That said, I did notice that while basic guidance was straightforward, there weren’t as many deeper explanations or advanced tips offered right up front in the onboarding flow. I reckon this left me wishing for something a little more comprehensive, especially on workflows involving the calling tools and database features intertwined for remote work. The automatic updates worked quietly in the background without interrupting training, which was a relief, but I would say that adding a few more examples or practical exercises could boost confidence during this stage. No complaints overall, but I do feel some elements of the training could have been expanded to really cover things in full.
